How to use it
- 01Set the date, the time and the time zone it’s in; it starts on now in your own zone. Or pick one under Try.
- 02Each listed zone shows the same moment: its local time, date, UTC offset and whether daylight saving is on. +1 day or −1 day marks a different calendar day.
- 03Add a zone by typing a city, a zone name or an abbreviation (Paris, Mumbai, PST) in the box at the bottom, remove one with ×, then Copy all.
- 04To find a meeting time, look at Hour by hour: the whole day in every listed zone, with 09:00–17:00 local shaded. Pick an hour to set it.

Questions
What does +1 day mean?
The time falls on the next calendar day there. 5 pm on Thursday in Los Angeles is 09:00 on Fri, 16 Oct 2026 in Tokyo (+1 day): easy to miss when you book a call.
How is daylight saving handled?
Each zone uses the rules in force on that date, from your browser’s time zone data, in both hemispheres. A time skipped when the clocks go forward is pointed out (2:30 doesn’t happen in America/New_York on 2026-03-08: the clocks go forward over it), and a time that happens twice when they go back uses the first.
Why is it UTC+5:30 or UTC+5:45?
Some zones are offset from UTC by half or quarter hours, such as India (UTC+5:30) and Nepal (UTC+5:45). The offset shown is the one in force at that moment.
How do I find a meeting time across time zones?
Use Hour by hour below the times. It shows the day of the time you set, hour by hour, in every listed zone, with working hours (09:00–17:00 local) shaded and the start of a new day marked with its date. Look for an hour shaded in every row: on 15 October 2026, Berlin and New York share 15:00–17:00 in Berlin (09:00–11:00 in New York). Pick that hour to set the converter to it. Daylight saving is applied per zone, so the grid is right on the days the clocks change.
Are my zones saved?
No. The list resets when you reload the page. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, put into the page address or stored.
